For three generations we have been investing in the Bay Area real estate. We currently manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties and continue to acquire properties that will generate a legacy of investment income in balance of sustained value or opportunity for redevelopment.
In San Francisco, we spearheaded the assemblage of the seven-acre San Francisco Flower Mart block to transform it into the city’s second largest mixed-use office project to span over 2.2 million square feet through a partnership with Kilroy Realty Corporation.
In Silicon Valley, we developed a 40-acre industrial park in the 1970s. Today, we are pursuing its redevelopment into a mixed-use commercial and residential park adjacent to Google’s Mountain View headquarters.
