For three generations we have been investing in the Bay Area. We seek to acquire properties that will generate a legacy of investment income in balance of sustained value. Critical to our strategy is to not over leverage assets, and we are opportunistic buyers in a down market. Additionally, we invest in the transition of a property as the market matures in order to achieve higher returns.

Through our equity partnerships and operating ventures we are able to invest, develop and manage great properties for the next generation. We manage our portfolio with an institutional approach to market analysis, property transactions, asset management and reporting. We are proactive in the market and evaluate many opportunities always applying strict underwriting principles to each potential acquisition.
Property Management Approach
We are hands on property managers seeking to ensure tenants needs are met in a timely professional manner. We regularly meet with them to address improvements desired and to manage deferred maintenance programs. For our Silicon Valley properties we have a dedicated property management partner to better serve our technology tenants to ensure their unique work environments are state of the art for their employees.
